The Training page is where users watch cybersecurity training videos and check training status for all team members. It includes all awareness areas required by Cybersecure Canada and allows you to notify users to complete their assigned training.
Go to app.maplegrc.com.
Log in with your account credentials.
From the homepage, navigate to the training section.
Ensure that all team members are listed on the Users page to allow training assignments and notifications.
This page include all training modules you should complete.
Open a training module and click on Enroll
watch the ~4–5 minute video.
After the video, you’ll be prompted to take a short quiz (5–10 questions).
To pass. you must answer all questions correctly.
A popup will appear to let you know if you passed or failed the training.
Once you pass, Click "Open All Training" you will be redirected back to the General Training page and receive an email confirming your successful completion.
Before starting here, you must first complete the Policy Manager page. Then click Generate Training to create customized training based on your company’s policies.
For each completed policy, you can generate its training. Once all 9 policies are completed, the system will produce 9 customized training videos that explain your company’s policies, each followed by a quiz.
This page lets you track the training status of all team members, each member is displayed with the number of trainings completed and the number still pending.
To remind someone, click on their number of pending trainings, select the training, and then click Notify
CyberSecure Canada requires organizations to provide training on specific topics, completing these assigned topics ensures staff understand and follow essential standards, including:
Effective use of password policies
Identifying malicious links
Using only approved software
Safe internet browsing
Responsible use of social media
This reduces organizational risk and helps demonstrate formal compliance with Canadian standards.
