The Cybersecurity continuous improvement page serves as a centralized workspace for analyzing gaps and converting them into an actionable list of tasks. The page leverages the MapleGRC Assistant to evaluate provided documents—such as internal audit reports, vulnerability assessments, penetration test results, or compliance gap analyses—to automatically suggest relevant cybersecurity actions for your review and approval.
Go to app.maplegrc.com.
Log in with your account credentials.
Select improvement under Identify section from the left navigation sidebar.
To generate and manage your continuous improvement tasks, follow these steps:
Upload Documents: Upload all relevant files, such as internal audit reports, external audit findings, or any other pertinent security documentation into the designated upload area.
Run Analyzer: Click the "RUN ANALYZER" button. The MapleGRC Assistant will process the uploaded files to identify security gaps and generate a targeted list of actions.
Review and Assign: Review the auto-generated list of actions in the task table, set deadlines, and assign specific people (Task Owners) to accomplish each item.
You can manually create specific tasks by clicking the "Add task" button.
What's on This Page The generated action list is organized into the following details:

Assign Ownership: Designate a responsible person for every task to establish clear accountability and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Set Clear Deadlines: Establish target dates to keep remediation efforts on track and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
